Grow WILDE is a Canadian not-for-profit. This page explains what information we collect on growwilde.org, why we collect it, and how we handle it. It is a draft for website launch — have legal counsel review before treating it as final policy.

What we collect

When you use a form on this site (contact, discovery call, newsletter), we collect the details you submit — typically name, email, organization, and message. Server logs may record IP address, browser type, and pages visited for security and performance.

How we use it

We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, schedule conversations, and send updates you asked for. We do not sell personal information. Analytics tools (such as Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics, when enabled) help us understand which pages are useful; they are configured to support our work as a not-for-profit education organization.

Who we share with

Form notifications are sent through our email provider (Resend). Hosting and media storage run on Vercel and Supabase. These processors act on our instructions. We do not share contact details with third parties for their marketing.

Cookies and analytics

Essential cookies keep the site working. Analytics cookies, when present, help us see aggregate traffic patterns. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Your choices

To access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, email the address on our Contact page. If you subscribed to updates, you can unsubscribe using the link in those messages.
