For educators
Grow your teaching practice
From single-day workshops to year-long mentorship, we support teachers at every stage of their nature-based learning journey.

Educator development
Training and mentorship
Many teachers want to teach outdoors but lack training, resources, or confidence. We remove those barriers through in-person and digital workshops, on-site coaching, and co-teaching models that embed permacognitive practice into your existing curriculum.
Our training covers observing students and place, designing flexible learning arcs, implementing with confidence outdoors, and adapting through reflective practice. We also connect educators with a growing community of nature-based teachers across the region.
